Defect summary	Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2014-2016 vengenance bvgf312a, bckt24pack14, bvgf312a, bvgf315a11, bvgf316a, bvgf316a11, bvgf320a, bwzvgf312a, bwzvgf316a and bwzvgf320a trailers. The federal placard may indicate an incorrect amount of water for trailers with the 100-gallon option, allowing the trailer to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard number 120, "wheels and rims-other than passenger cars" and 567, "certification."
Consequence summary	An overloaded trailer has an increased risk of a crash.
Corrective action	Forest river will notify owners, and dealers will install a new placard that reflects the 100-gallon tank, free of charge. The recall began october 13, 2020. Owners may contact forest customer service at 1-260-499-2100. Forest river's number for this recall is 17-1193.
